The Backstory
Bill Presse, a former mini-tour player, wanted to create a putter that would radically simplify his putting stroke. He wanted the clubface to always return to a square position without fighting rotation. This is how Lie Angle Balance technology was born – a unique way to eliminate torque in a putter.
But that’s not all. Bill also knew that if he wanted a real advantage on the green, he needed a clubhead that would be ultra-forgiving. This is how the distinctive – and controversially looking – DF 2.1 was created.
Arm Lock, Full Control
This particular DF 2.1 model is the arm lock version, designed for players who want to eliminate wrist movement from their putting stroke.
The club has been lengthened and equipped with a JumboMax grip, which allows the putter to rest against the left forearm – exactly as Bryson DeChambeau does.
This is an ideal solution for golfers who want to guide the club with their arms and shoulders, achieving repeatability, stability, and full control without additional variables resulting from hand movement or wrist rotation.
What It Does Best
-
Lie Angle Balance (L.A.B.)
The putter automatically maintains a neutral position throughout the swing. You don't fight torque. You simply guide the club where you want it, and the clubhead doesn't "twist" right and left. -
Forgiveness + Stability
Even if you hit off-center, the end result will be almost identical. This is one of the most forgiving putters ever made – and that was precisely the goal. -
Arm Lock + JumboMax
Complete stabilization of the entire movement. Thanks to the JumboMax grip, you can rest the putter against your forearm and guide it steadily from your arm. If you want to "turn off" your hands when putting – this is the tool designed for that. -
Designed to Work with You
The DF 2.1 doesn't read the green or aim for you – but it does everything else. It doesn't jerk during the swing, doesn't try to change its path, doesn't rotate. It works with you, not against you.
Who Is It For?
If you feel your wrists have too much to say during putting, or you struggle with swing consistency – the arm lock with DF 2.1 can change your game.
