Exchanges, complaints and returns

You have the right to exchange or return goods purchased from us within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The condition for the return or exchange is to return the product with the original packaging and tags. Both the goods and the packaging must be in their original, undamaged condition and cannot bear traces of use. Below you will find links to documents that please attach to the returned goods, which will significantly speed up the process of handling such a notification.
