Exchanges, Complaints, and Returns

You have the right to exchange or return goods purchased from us within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The condition for a return or exchange is sending back the product with its original packaging and tags. Both the goods and the packaging must be in their original, undamaged condition and must not show any signs of use.
