Our store has almost 600m2 of exhibition and storage space. We currently offer almost 5000 products. All products marked in the online store as available within 24 hours are in our store at Al. Wincentego Witosa 31 in Warsaw.

After placing an order, we will confirm it to you and then send it via a reputable courier within the aforementioned 24 hours. In practice, this means that depending on the time you place your order, you can receive it within 1 to 2 days!

For all orders over PLN 400, shipping is free.

It is very important to check the received package in the presence of the courier. If the package shows signs of damage, it is necessary to draw up a damage report.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

We make every effort to ensure that the products we sell are of the highest quality and free from defects. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the option to return it within 30 days of receiving the shipment. We can only refund the full value of the order if both the goods and their packaging show no signs of damage or use.
